Breaking Barriers: Women in Engineering and STEM Fields

Have you ever been in a situation where you look around and don't see anyone else like you? This feeling of isolation can make you question whether you belong. For women in male-dominated STEM fields, this experience is common—yet rather than being alone, you're joining a powerful community of highly motivated and intelligent women who have your back!
The Changing Landscape for Women in Engineering
The engineering field has traditionally been dominated by men, though representation continues to improve. According to the Society of Women Engineers, women professionals in engineering and architecture have grown from just 9% in the 1990s to 16.7% in 2023. While this progress is encouraging, it also highlights the opportunity for today's female students to further break barriers and transform the industry.
